Billing Dispute

Your Legal Representation Agreement provides, in pertinent part, that “[a]ny statements on bills will be deemed to be accepted and affirmed by Client(s) unless objected to in writing within ten (10) days of the date of the bill.”  If you have a timely dispute of your bill, you may fill out this form and submit it to the billing manager for consideration.  We strive to make sure that your bills are correct; however, we realize that humans do make mistakes.  After reviewing your billing dispute, we will correct any and all valid billing errors that may have occurred.
