  1. Read and agree to the Online Uncontested Divorce Information Sheet
  2. Completely fill out the Domestic Questionnaire, then click submit at bottom of form
  3. Make your online payment for your Attorneys Fees
  4. Call our office at (615) 259-2660 to schedule an appointment to come in and review the completed documents.
  5. Pay your filing fee to the Clerk of Court
  6. Attend the Court Appearance, if necessary, 60-90 days after the Complaint for Divorce is filed.
