Michelle Branch has Filed for Divorce
After living in separation from her husband for over a year, Michelle Branch has finally decided to make the split official and has filed for divorce from her husband, Teddy Landau.
After being married for nearly 11 years, Branch is bringing an end to the holy matrimony due to nothing more than irreconcilable differences.
The split, at this point, appears to be amicable, however. The two have had their business managers hash out the details of splitting the property, and so far, it looks as if the divorce will remain uncontested.
In the filing, Branch has asked for joint custody for their 9-year-old daughter, Owen Isabelle.
Although their divorce is currently uncontested, if one of the spouses should disagree with any of the arrangements and contest it, legal representation will become a must.
If you are getting a divorce, and the proceedings become contested, the last thing you want is to try and represent your side of the case yourself. Chances are high that your spouse will have legal representation on their side, and at that point, you’d best not be caught in the courtroom alone.
Our divorce attorneys are legal experts who are ready and willing to represent your side of the case and fight for your right to your property. Backed with years of experience, you won’t find better representation in the state of Tennessee.
